The AirHook Lite is a mobile overhead fall protection anchor system designed for site portability and rapid deployment. Allows for easy movement around a site to suit both working at height, and confined space applications.

The AirHook Lite is a versatile portable engineered anchor system designed for applications where a fixed overhead anchor point is unavailable or inaccessible. With an adjustable mast height, it provides a compliant overhead anchor solution for fall protection, confined space entry and rescue across a wide range of industries.

Ideal for working on heavy machinery, highway trucks, generators, large plant equipment and other elevated work areas, the AirHook Lite also delivers a reliable overhead anchor for loading and unloading operations in warehouses and distribution centres. Its portable design allows the system to be easily relocated using a forklift, enabling a single unit to be quickly moved between multiple work areas to maximise productivity while maintaining a safe, compliant overhead anchorage.

When equipped with a Type 3 IKAR Self Retracting Lifeline with integrated Recovery Winch, the system provides both fall arrest protection and the ability to raise or lower a worker during emergency rescue operations. The recovery function is routed through a diversion sheave (pulley), allowing the rescue operation to be performed safely from ground level while maintaining a vertical lifting path.

The BTS AirHook Lite can be configured as a portable confined space entry and rescue system by adding a range of optional components to suit your application.

When fitted with an IKAR Type 3 Self Retracting Lifeline with Recovery Winch, along with the required pulleys and mounting brackets, the system provides a compliant overhead anchor for confined space entry, fall protection and emergency retrieval.

Ideal for trenches, tanks, pits, pump stations, wet wells, vaults and other confined spaces, the AirHook Lite offers a versatile solution where permanent rescue infrastructure is unavailable, while remaining easy to transport and relocate around site.
