BTS Pro-6G 3-Piece Davit Trench Shoring Kit

Type 3 SRL, IKAR Davit Bracket, BTS Materials winch & Shoring Panel Base is designed to be mounted on trench shoring (steel and aluminium) panels and provides users with a safe means of extraction of personnel out of trenches and ground excavations. 

BTS Pro-6G 3-Piece Davit Trench Shoring Kit includes:

1. BTS Pro-6G 3-Piece Davit (Mast Height 1.9m - 2.2m)

The Pro-6G Davit is a lightweight aluminium modular unit that is easy to set up by just one person. With a built in fall and davit overload indicator, it is rated to 22kN.

 2. IKAR HRA Fall Arrest Blocks with Recovery Winch

IKAR height-safety devices with rescue hoisting facilities are equipped with a winching unit, type 3 SRL certified to EN 360 standards. In case of a rescue after a fall, the person who has suffered the accident can be rescued quickly and safely. 

• Fall Arrest Block with an integral recovery mechanism
• Fitted with steel rope lifeline within a rugged aluminium housing
• The attachment anchorage point on the fall arrest block is an open steel handle, suitable for connection via a Standard Karabiner type connector, or a Standard Karabiner type connector with an Anchorage Sling, or a Large Karabiner.
• In addition to connecting the fall arrest block with recovery mechanism, it can also be fitted to tripods. To protect the user when ascending and descending a vertical shafts such as sewer systems.
• The inbuilt recovery mechanism, can be engaged by pulling a pin on the side of the block and engaging a winding handle.  This then allows the device to be used to lift or lower a casualty post fall, or if they have become incapacitated in a confined space.
• Certified to EN 360 standards
• Available in 12m, 18m, 24m and 30m.

3. IKAR PRO-3G/6G Davit Bracket c/w Female Single Interface Brackets

IKAR PRO-6G Davit Bracket c/w Female Single Interface Brackets allows the IKAR Inertia Reel to be mounted on our BTS Davits.

SSJC-C820M Stainless Steel Load Brake Winch - Rated Capacity: 140Kg (Lifting).
