Designed for use with either a permanent davit base installation or the BTS Mobile Anchor Cube, the Portable Horizontal Anchor Mast Kit provides a versatile fall protection, confined space, and rescue solution for a wide range of civil construction, infrastructure, utility, and maintenance applications. The system can be quickly deployed where temporary access is required or permanently installed at frequently accessed work locations.

The Portable Horizontal Anchor Mast Kit offers a practical solution for personnel working around open trenches, spillways, excavations, and other areas where there is a risk of falling from unprotected edges or down inclined surfaces.

In addition to fall protection applications, the system can also be used for Horizontal Confined Space Entry and Rescue Operations, making it ideal for accessing and recovering personnel from pits, chambers, culverts, tanks, and other confined spaces where a traditional vertical entry system may not be suitable.

The system provides fall protection for up to two workers and can be configured with Type 2 and/or Type 3 Self-Retractable Lifelines (SRLs) featuring integrated rescue and recovery winch functionality.

When fitted with a Type 3 Self-Retractable Lifeline, the safety watch has the ability to raise or lower a suspended worker during an emergency rescue situation, or assist with the retrieval of personnel during horizontal confined space rescue operations, helping to reduce response times and improve worker safety.

Its modular design allows the anchor mast to be used with the BTS Mobile Anchor Cube or any compatible permanent davit base, providing maximum flexibility across multiple worksites and applications. The system can be relocated as required, allowing a single unit to service multiple work areas while maintaining compliance with site safety requirements.
